"I have had the privilege of working with Hair Sensations for the past couple of years as a colour educator. I have found the staff and owners Rick and Joy Karp to be wonderful to work with. Joy and Rick are totally dedicated to creating a professional atmosphere and are up to date on everything new in the beauty industry. Their staff are internationally trained and it shows but don't let this imtimidte you. Hair Sensations has a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon."

"I would like to say, from the bottom of my heart, THANK-YOU to Hair Sensations for making me feel beautiful again......The exceptionally skilled and gifted staff made me feel like a princess starting with a very knowledgeable and talented Sandy, who filled and fixed my hair color with NO damage done - I was really worried that my hair had the biscuit...She brought new life to it, and turned it back into my signature silky, shiny raven locks once again. I really enjoyed her personality and felt sooo relaxed and comfortable....I then moved over to Sweety who added 22 inches of pure AWESOMENESS to my hair by "installing" beautful, permanent, human hair extensions. She was sooo nice and just a joy to sit with all that time, Ive had extensions before, but they have never been done with such quality and expertise. She did an amazing job. Over to JoJo, my new "Bff"....The man is a complete GENIOUS with a makeup brush and he gave me a beautiful new face, using colors that brought out my eyes and accentuated all of my best features…They are all so skilled in what they do, each one of them bringing their own piece of "amazing" to an already amazing salon…Hair Sensations made me look and feel like a VIP, and I want to thank Rick, Joy, Sweety, Sandy and Jojo for making my much anticipated experience at this gorgeous salon (which has a spa feel to it) both memorable and magical. Im just an average everyday woman but for that day I spent there, I felt like a movie star, and left looking like one..."

"In my opinion Hair Sensations is undoubtedly the best hair salon in Whitehorse, and I have been a client at hair salons from Boston and New York to Ottawa to Vancouver and in between. Hair Sensations combines the best of all of them—excellent stylists, wonderful products, warm atmosphere, and really caring staff. Not only do they offer wonderful services and products, but the staff is unfailingly helpful and creative.... They know what they are doing..."
